What is Holistic Health?                                

The philosophy of Holistic Health emphasizes that maintaining good health involves much more than just taking care of all the various components that make up the physical body. Holistic Health includes healing and proper care of all three aspects of the Whole Person (or True Self): Mind, Body, and Spirit. When one or more of these aspects are in distress, you will experience challenges in your health and in your relationships with others. By caring for yourself physically, by nourishing your spirit, and embracing the light and shadow aspects of your Self, you allow all three aspects to function in harmony. It is only in this harmony that one can experience true emotional freedom and the joy of life.

As an individual, you have the choice of the courses of action you wish to take in your health and healing. Holistic practice gives you a variety of choices as well as teaches you how your actions, attitudes, life-style, and relationships affect your present condition. It also teaches you how to be an active participant in the healing process in order to expedite your healing journey.

The most rewarding aspect of holistic healing is discovering parts of yourself that are hidden in either the conditions in which you suffer or in the sub-conscious thought processes of the mind. This Self-discovery allows you to transform those hidden parts into something spectacular – it’s what I call “The Path to Emotional Freedom”.

What is the Spirit?                                          

Spirit is the vital life force within all living beings. It is the connection to Source (be it God or the Universe…) and is immortal and eternal. It is the unconditional love and acceptance of all living things.

When we embrace the three aspects of the self, we can find love and immeasurable gifts in our life experiences, even the difficult ones. But if we resist the divine guidance of the Spirit, we can experience pain and struggle in all aspects of our lives.

It seems today that people everywhere are searching for well-being, purpose, and fulfillment in their lives. For so many years we believed this “search” was an external one, when in fact, the path to Emotional Freedom is really within each and every one of us. With the divine blessings of the healing arts including Holistic Practice, your path to emotional healing is right here before your very eyes…
